Great stay once again in this beautiful hotel. Room was nice and clean with renovated bathroom. Hotel has great amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was quick and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the Right whale pub that is part of the hotel. They served typical pub food, my hamburger was tasty, fries were fresh, and beer was cold. 😁 In the morning complementary coffee and tea were served in the beautiful relaxing lobby. We will definitely be back.

This is without a doubt the most posh hotel in NB. It's very elegant and provides the service of a 5* hotel and has the activities of a resort. However, our room was not well maintained. Many electric outlets were impossible to use, they were wonky and loose. One if the pillowcases hadn't been changed. In a hotel where the ambition is so high, even the broom closets should be impeccable. It advertised as dog friendly but a 50$ charge is added for the dog. Might I suggest providing at least a few dog enabled rooms for that price? They could have dog beds/treats or at least a bowl for water at that price. The other unpleasant surprise was a resort fee that remained hidden until check out. The price of the room was already well above all other hotels in NB, and making that fee a hidden charge is unacceptable. If you need to charge more, show it in the booking price.

Old world hotel that has been completely updated very tastefully. Warm welcome by the bell hop. The rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller, but very nicely decorated and well appointed with new bathroom fixtures. The nearby town of St Andrews is charming- be sure to take a whale watching excursion! We really enjoyed golfing the back nine at their golf course. Every hole had a view of the bay. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

New ownership is making improvements and has plans to update this wonderful 1914 structure with so much character and charm.

Great Family Resort. Lots of families with kids. Pool areas were large and heavily used. Building is old and historic that was updated some years ago. Could use another refresh update but a good hotel.

Someone charged a restaurant bill to our room. We were never in the restaurant during our stay. Luckily I asked for a copy of our checkout receipt and noticed it. It was close to a 300.00 dollar charge. I suggest you get more verification before you bill a room.

This hotel could not be more perfect. So much to do, excellent quality. Loved being her with my family.

Hotel location is fabulous. Property is very old and needs complete renovation. The rooms that is. Staff is fabulous and make up for the very aged rooms with their extraordinary service.
